  /  Meet Diana

Eastern modalities and philosophy have been an interest of mine since the beginning of my self-actualization journey, which is always on-going and a work-in-progress. Although I have been very sensitive and intuitive since I was a child, it wasn’t until a college elective course in 2007, “Eastern Concepts in Health and Medicine”, that sparked a feeling of coming “home” for me. I felt a spark in me and so many things started to come together and make sense. That same year I studied Buddhism and had a brief experience with Reiki. It developed an understanding and relationship to my own energy and the energy around me. My journey then lead me to want to look deeper into it, and I became certified as a Reiki Practicioner in 2014.

I fell in love with Reiki, and shared it with anyone that was interested or would let me practice; family, friends, pets, trees. In 2016 I lived in Bali, and connected with Hinduism and completed my YTT 200 as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. In Bali I had a wonderful teacher that lead me to Shamanic Astrology. Later in 2017 I lived in Sayuilta, Mexico for a year working at a Yoga retreat and spent much of my time alone in the jungle, contemplating, and really being with myself. I was fortunate to connect with some amazing healers there and experienced so much of what is possible. Today, I have been practicing Reiki for over 6 years and combine a little bit of a lot of things I have learned along the way. Reiki is one of the greatest gifts life has given me, and I am grateful to be able to share it. I am forever a student of life, and am always trying to remain curious and open.

I love to be able to create a safe space for healing and well-being, where I can share so much of the knowledge I have cultivated over the years. I believe we really are our own best healers, and all we need is to experience it to really believe it and allow it. That is one the most empowering elements I’ve found in life. I am so grateful to the teachers that have guided me along the way, and I hope I can be that for those that need it.
